How Classeur by Yakalelo works
A digital binder for every paper in your home. You drop in your documents; Classeur by Yakalelo files them, reminds you of what is due and finds them again in seconds. All encrypted, for your eyes only.

Snap a letter with your phone or drag PDFs from your computer, several at once. No more cardboard binders.
File
Pick a folder – Home, Insurance, Banking and taxes, Health… – and add tags. Scanned text is read for searching, and the QR-bill fills in the creditor, amount, IBAN and due date by itself.
Keep track
Bills to pay are sorted A to Z by creditor, due dates show up in the calendar and an e-mail reminds you before the date. Warranties too.
Find
Type three letters: Classeur by Yakalelo searches titles, creditors and the text of your documents, on your computer and on your phone.

- It arrives in the post: you snap it with your phone
- The QR-bill is read: CHF 186.40, due on the 31st
- It appears under “To pay” and in the calendar
- A few days before, an e-mail reminds you
- Copy the IBAN and reference into your e‑banking, then “Paid”

The starter folders are already there: Home, Insurance, Banking and taxes, Work, Health, Vehicles… Rename them, add more or change their icons whenever you like.
Each member has their own login. You decide who sees which folders, and each bill can be assigned to a person to follow everyone's spending.
Nothing to install: Classeur by Yakalelo opens in your computer's browser and installs like an app on iPhone and Android. Up to date everywhere.

Classeur by Yakalelo installs like a real app on Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone and Android: its own window, its own icon and always the latest version. Always up to date, with nothing for you to do.

Your data stays yours
Infomaniak servers in its Swiss data centres, under Swiss law (FADP).
Your documents are encrypted in your browser: neither we nor Infomaniak can read them. If you forget your password, a recovery key kept offline lets us restore your access, only at your request.
Your documents are never sold, shared or analysed for commercial purposes.
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), optional two-factor authentication, your server credentials encrypted.
With the Family plan, Classeur by Yakalelo can store your files on your own NAS (Synology, QNAP…): they never leave your home.
