Terms and conditions

1. Scope. These terms govern the use of Classeur, the document filing app offered by Yakalelo under the Yakalelo brand.

2. Plans. Classeur can be tried free for 30 days. It is then offered in three paid plans: Basic, Premium and Gold Business. Add-ons can be added (extra user, extra storage). What each plan and add-on includes and costs is shown on the Pricing page.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Swiss francs. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card or another method offered by Stripe.

4. Term and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The customer can download their documents at any time, including before the subscription ends.

5. Data and encryption. The customer remains the owner of their data. Documents are encrypted in the customer's browser before being sent: neither Yakalelo nor the host can read them. The customer keeps their recovery key; recovery by support is only possible with their permission. The customer remains responsible for any additional backups.

6. Storage on the customer's server. On plans that allow it, the customer can store files on their own server (NAS, WebDAV, FTP). They are then responsible for that server's availability and security.

7. Availability. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times.

8. Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last twelve months, except for gross negligence or intent.

9. Changes. These terms may change; the customer is informed by email of any significant change.

10. Law and jurisdiction. Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Fribourg.
