Privacy policy

Service covered: Classeur (classeur.yakalelo.com) and the yakalelo.com website.

Data processed: account data (name, email or username, language), documents and information you store in Classeur, payment data processed by Stripe, technical login log.

Encryption: your documents and their details (titles, amounts, IBAN…) are encrypted in your browser before being sent. Neither Yakalelo nor Infomaniak can read them. Only your key (password or recovery key) can decrypt them. If you allow it, Yakalelo keeps an offline backup copy of your key to help you if you lose it, used only at your request.

Purposes: providing the service, billing subscriptions, sending the reminders you request, answering support requests.

Location: data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). If you choose to store files on your own server, they stay there.

Processors: Infomaniak (hosting, Switzerland), Stripe (payment).

Website statistics: yakalelo.com counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses.

Retention: as long as the account exists; data is deleted after the account is closed, except where the law requires otherwise (accounting).

Your rights (FADP): access, correction, deletion, data portability. Write to info@yakalelo.com.

Cookies: only necessary cookies (session, language).
