How Yakaform works

Your own forms and lists, like a spreadsheet but shared and tidy. You describe what you want to track, Yakaform gives you the form, the list and the search, for the whole team.

   Create a sheet

   Start from a template (clients, stock, tasks, interventions, invoices, expenses) or from scratch: text, choice lists, dates, amounts, files, tables inside the record.

   Fill in your records

   On the computer or the phone, with photos and attached documents. Totals and formulas calculate themselves.

   Find and sort

   Filterable lists, columns your way, saved views, search across all sheets and inside attached files.

   Work as a team

   Everyone with their own login, rights per sheet, comments and a history of every change.
